How do I apply cashback to my order?

To apply cashback on your order, please follow these steps:

  1. Select Your Products: Add items to your cart and proceed to checkout.
  2. Choose Payment Gateway: On the payment page, select your preferred payment method.
  3. Select Cashback Code: In the "Promo Code" or "Discount" field, select the available cashback code. The discount will be automatically applied.
  4. Complete Payment: Finish the payment process. Your cashback will be deducted from the total amount.
  5. Cashback Confirmation: Once the transaction is successful, your cashback will be credited to your account or applied to your next purchase, as per the offer terms.

What should I do if the cashback is not applied?

If you believe the cashback wasn't applied correctly, please contact our customer support with your order details. We'll verify and assist you in applying the cashback.

Can I use multiple cashback offers?

Only one cashback offer can be used per order. Please select the most beneficial offer before completing your purchase.

Can I still receive the 10% discount if I don't select the discount option during checkout?

The 10% discount is only applicable on prepaid payments. If the discount option is not selected during checkout via the payment gateway, we will be unable to manually apply the discount. Please ensure the discount is selected before completing your purchase to take advantage of the offer.
